1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Jensplantbase ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Jensplantbase provides plant-based recipes, cooking guides, and ingredient information. We offer both free content and premium subscription services.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time for operational, legal, or technical reasons.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cooling-off Period

Under applicable consumer protection laws, you may have a 14-day right to cancel your initial subscription purchase. By subscribing and accessing premium digital content immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once access begins.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Digital Content Standards

We will provide digital content with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Jensplantbase is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Personal Use Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to share premium content with non-subscribers.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, ingredient substitutions, or health outcomes. 10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer residing outside England and Wales, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
